Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a cup that can be consumed by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant components in your cup.

Strength - 3 is soft and easygoing, great for lazy weekends.
Stores
Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has a sweet scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a silky and supple mouthfeel. The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winters afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and a hug from the family. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at the boiling point. This will prevent the coffee from becoming over extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in the drink. Then add your grounds and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge and relax.
